Below is a prototype example of javascript that makes a standard styled HTML table editable.

*Warning, there is currently a code conflict somewhere on this site that is preventing the hide text function to always close the edit menus as expected. I am currently aware and looking into this. Seems to be something working against the “focusin” event listener in Javascript.*
